| West Lakes Swimming - The DOH issued Safe Use of Recreational Waters Fact Sheet updated in October 2008 states that swimming in West Lakes should be avoided for 2 to 3 days “after a storm&rdquo. Although there is no exact definition of “storm”, David Cunliffe of the DOH Applied Environmental Health Section explained that it is intended to mean significant rain such as a 10-20mm downpour. |

| Nigel is a Level 1 Triathlon Coach and Bach.Appl. Science (Exercise & Sport Science). He has been involved in Triathlon for many years at all levels from racing to administration and coaching. He is a very respected and experienced runner and has raced at the Ironman World Championships in Kona. |

| Grant has been involved with the Lakers for many years and has competed in a number of Ironan races, including Ironman Australia and New Zealand. His expertise in swimming has helped many people achieve their swimming goals and he continues to motivate everyone at swimming trainings |
